Facial reconstruction during World war I is to be explored by delegates

More than 100 of the world's top experts on facial prosthetics are meeting in Scotland.
The Institute of Maxillofacial Prosthetists and Technologists Congress is being held in Inverness.
It is only the third time in 30 years that the conference has been staged in Scotland.
Speakers include Strasbourg-based medical illustrator Anne-Marie Reidinger, who will discuss facial rehabilitation during World War I.
Other delegates have travelled from India, Australia, New Zealand and the US.
The conference is being hosted by Steven Hutchison, consultant in maxillofacial prosthetics at Inverness's Raigmore Hospital.
Raigmore has the UK's most northerly oral and maxillofacial department.
VisitScotland said the scientific congress will generate about £122,000 for the local economy.
The tourism body has previously estimated that the Scottish economy could be boosted by more than £70m over the next five years from hosting conferences.
